Families for Climate launches an open call for images for the exhibition “Our Families Are at COP”, which will take over Belém during COP30
The movement Families for Climate (Parents for Future Brazil) invites families from Brazil and around the world to take part in the campaign “Our Families Are at COP,” which will gather photos of children’s feet in different contexts. Selected images will compose a collective exhibition during COP30 in Belém, from 10 to 21 November 2025. Before the physical show, the campaign will also run on Families for Climate’s and partners’ social channels.
“We want children to be symbolically represented at COP30. These images will be a message from families around the world to leaders about the future they want,” the organization says. The exhibition aims to raise awareness and lead viewers through scenes that portray the reality of children already affected by the environmental and climate crisis. At the end, visitors will be able to leave messages to world leaders. Afterwards, the group will compile images and messages into a publication to be delivered to the presidency of the next COP.
How to participate (families)
- Photograph your child(ren)’s feet. Include a brief context for the photo and a message to leaders in your submission.

- Everyday life in your territory — including areas affected by climate events.
- Urban spaces — places that need public action (e.g., street/park cleaning).
